GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Customers who order Kanada-Ya food/items through Kanada-Ya Oddle (“Platforms”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below) shall be entitled to free delivery subject to a minimum order of SGD60.00 in a single receipt.

2.The Promotion is applicable only in Singapore from 11am – 9pm (“Promotion Period”).

3.The Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with or in addition to any other on-going promotion unless otherwise stated or informed by Kanada-Ya.

4.Customers may refer to the Platforms’ website or App for the menu and prices.

5.All images and photos shown are for illustration purposes only.

6.Any delivery orders made through the Platforms shall be between you and the Platforms and are subject to delivery capability, product availability and acceptance by the Food Delivery Platforms. The Platforms may require your agreement to terms of use and privacy policies prior to your use of or access to their services, and Kanada-Ya is not a party to and disclaims any and all responsibility and/or liability arising from such agreements between you and the Platforms.

7.Kanada-Ya shall not be responsible if there is any deterioration in quality or change in condition of the food/items ordered (e.g. changes in the temperature fit for consumption) due to delays by the Platforms’ delivery riders in the delivery of your order.

8.Kanada-Ya reserves the right to add vary any of the terms and conditions herein at any time.
