10% Cash Rebate on every visit for members – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The 10% Cash Rebate Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”) is conducted by Kanada-Ya SG Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Kanada-Ya”), and is subject to the terms and conditions herein.

2. The Promotion is for a limited period only (“Promotion Period”) and applicable only in Singapore.

3. Promotion is valid for dine-in and take away customers paid via Kanada-Ya app.

4. The 10% Cash Rebate is computed based on the actual amount paid by the customer (less any discounts/rebates/promotions) via the Kanada-Ya app. The Promotion involves 10% cash rebate of the dine in or take away value spent and paid via the Kanada-Ya app (“Cash Rebate”).

5. Customers are required to download the Kanada-Ya mobile app and register as a member to enjoy the Promotion.

6. Customers shall only be entitled to use the Cash Rebate credit for the next transaction at Kanada-Ya during the Promotion Period.

7. The Cash Rebate will be credited to the customer’s Kanada-Ya app within one (1) day from the date of transaction.

8. If the customer does not receive the Cash Rebate, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Kanada-Ya in writing by within 7 days from the date of the transaction. Any notice received after the said period will not be entertained and Kanada-Ya will not be liable for any non-receipt of the Cashback should the customer fail to provide proof of the said transaction deemed acceptable by Kanada-Ya.

9. The Cash Rebate cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash/prize/reward/voucher of similar value.

10. Kanada-Ya reserves the right to forfeit the Cash Rebate if there is a reversal of transaction or any manifest error.

11. The Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with or in addition to any other on-going promotion within the Promotion Period.

12. Kanada-Ya reserves the right to add or vary any of the terms and conditions herein at any time and or to disallow any Cash Rebate if there is perceived to be any manipulation of the Promotion.
